Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations, returns, or exchanges of physical and digital products are governed by this policy. Customers are advised to review their order carefully before completing the purchase, as cancellations or refunds are subject to certain conditions.
Cancellations
- You may cancel an order for a physical product within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting us via email at support@cosmicsquares.com. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Once an order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
- For digital products, cancellations are not accepted once the product has been delivered or the service has been assigned to an astrologer for processing.
Refunds
- If your cancellation request is approved, a refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 15 days of the approval date.
- Refunds will not be granted for products that are opened, used, or not in their original condition, unless they are defective or damaged.
- Refund requests will also not be entertained for incorrect data provided by the customer for personalized products (e.g., customized jewelry, reports, etc.). Please ensure all information is accurate before confirming your order.
Returns and Exchanges
- Defective or Damaged Products: If your product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product for assistance. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund, as appropriate.
- Digital Products: Digital products such as reports, consultations, or other downloads are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been delivered.
Shipping Delays
- While we strive to meet the delivery timeframes listed on our website, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Minor delays are not grounds for a refund.
- If the delay is significant or if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us for assistance in resolving the issue.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations or refund requests for incorrect product selection or customer error in providing delivery details.
